Bespoke & Custom Orders

To discuss having a custom/ bespoke piece made or to book an appointment please email info@tracyhillelmillinery.com or call 07725035758  The initial consultation of approximately 40 minutes will give us the time to get to know you & discuss your requirements. Please bring fabric swatches or preferably the outfit and accessories along with you to the appointment. Where possible please email images of your outfit & a vague outline of your requirements prior to your appointment. Bespoke prices start at £300.

Colours

We do our utmost to represent the true colours on our swatch cards. However due to screen resolution & monitor calibration & variations in suppliers fabric batches, colours may differ. Should you require an exact colour match please request a sample swatch at info@tracyhillemillinery.com

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us & we are sorry if a customer feels the need to make a complaint. Please let us know in writing as quickly as possible at info@tracyhillelmillinery.com and we will endeavour to deal with it swiftly & professionally.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices, details and descriptions that appear on this website are accurate, sometimes errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT unless they are exempt. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such charges will be clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Grand Total.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tracy Hillel Millinery, its directors, officers, consultants, agents and affliates from any and all third party claims, damages, liability, and or costs (including, but not limited, to legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of its terms and conditions.

We are required by law to inform you of the ODR platform which will allow consumers, traders and ADR providers to file, respond to, and handle disputes online (including disputes where the trader and consumer are in different countries within the EU).
