Delivery
Delivery charges: Mainland U.K. £10.95 All orders will have to be signed for. For delivery overseas, Europe & worldwide please email info@tracyhillelmillinery.com for prices. Overseas customers are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
All our hats are made to order and delivery times will vary between 1-6 weeks, depending on fabric/ trim availability. We will email you confirmation and an estimated delivery time when your order is placed. In some cases we will be able to deliver in a shorter time than estimated. We will email you images of your hat when your order is ready for you to ‘sign off’, prior to dispatch. Should you require a shorter turn around time or for urgent orders please email us at info@tracyhillelmilinery.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements. Urgent orders incur a 12% surcharge.
Order Packaging
All our hats are carefully wrapped in tissue paper within a beautiful hat box & then shipped inside a protective delivery box marked fragile. In the unfortunate event you discover damage to the hat please email us at info@tracyhillemillinery.com
Refunds & Exchanges
All our hats are made to order/measure, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our products. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us & if you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us at info@tracyhillelmillinery.com & we will do what we can to rectify the problem. We will email you images of your hat prior to dispatch for you to ‘sign off’. Colours may vary on screen due to calibration and screen resolution & variations in suppliers fabric batches. This is not classed as faulty or a defect, sample swatches are available on request.
